this sweet little girl is approx 3 yrs old and weisghs 26 lbs, she has a very quiet personality and love sto sit up on her doggie bed and watch the world go by, she is very well behaved and gets on great with the other rescue dogs, she seems to be very well house trained and has been spayed,micro chipped and up to date on all shots, she is undergoing heartworm treatment and that will be completed by shaggy dog rescue
oscar is a sweet wild boy!! he has to have a big back yard and would do great with a friend, he has just finished a two month training program at triple crown academy and is now leash trained and can sit and stay in place, however this boy has lots of energy and loves to run and play, he needs a fenced yard with a wooden fence as he likes to dig out under chain link and chase the cats and squirrels that he sees
he has a beautiful personality and is very sweet and loving, would be great with kids, especially boys and he is about 35lbs and 18 months old
this sweet boy was so matted when we rescued him that he had to be totally shaved down, he is approx 27lbs and 14 months old and looks like a sheepdog/wheaten/poodle mix, he loves to play with the other rescues, is still a little shy and loves to be petted, he seems to be well house trained and likes to go for walks but could still do with some leash training
dumped by her owners at the shelter along with her buddy lulu, this sweet little 3 year old will have to be shaved down as she is so matted, she is adorable very shy but just as loving as can be
this little girl was rescued from a kill shelter, she is full of personality and full of energy, she likes kids but is an alpha dog and would do better as an only dog, she likes to charge at any new dogs she sees, we are currently getting her some training at rover oaks pet resort which we hope will help, she loves to play with toys the vet thinks that she is only about a year old and she weighs 14lbs
this little boy of less than 6lbs was found wandering the streets , we posted flyers and asked the local security patrol to let us know if anyone called in looking for him, and he was not neutered or micro chip so after two weeks of looking for an owner we came to the conclusion he was just dumped.. and he is just a sweetie, the vet thinks he is about 4 yrs old, he is quiet, well behaved, seems to be house trained and is an all around wonderful little dog looking for a great new home.
this little girl was in just horrible condition when we saw her at the shelter and we knew that if we did not take her that day she would be put down, her skin was just awful, red with sores and scabs,but she was happy and wagging her tail we trimmed her down and went to work, her coat is still ratty and she will be going to the groomers to get cleaned up, she is approx 1 year old and weighs 11lbs
this is mom who is approx 5 yrs old and baby boy who is approx 1 year old, very bonded and go everywhere together and will need to be adopted together
they are very special and love to curl up under the bed covers at night down at the bottom of the bed, darby is a little precocious and still needs a firm hand on the house training, but they are both just adorable and very funny and just a joy to have around
these two beautiful 2 yr olds were rescued from a back yard where the owners had abandoned them, they had, per the neighbor , been left in the back yard all of their short lives, we were told that the mom was a lhasa apso and the dad a big terrier mix, they are brother and sister it would be nice if they could go to a new home together but they are becoming more secure and independent every day that they are with me
when we first got them they were so scared we had to carry them everywhere and they hid under the breakfast table, its taken nearly 3 weeks for them to feel safe and secure and venture out into the yard on their own to play with the other rescues, they still like spending time under the table but have gained a lot more confidence and seem to be happy, but we still have to carry them to the vet as they do not like the leash, they are wonderful and loving dogs and love to be petted but will need someone with some tlc and some patience as they will probably be scared going to a new home
