this little girl was in just horrible condition when we saw her at the shelter and we knew that if we did not take her that day she would be put down, her skin was just awful, red with sores and scabs,but she was happy and wagging her tail we trimmed her down and went to work, her coat is still ratty and she will be going to the groomers to get cleaned up, she is approx 1 year old and weighs 11lbs
this is mom who is approx 5 yrs old and baby boy who is approx 1 year old, very bonded and go everywhere together and will need to be adopted together
they are very special and love to curl up under the bed covers at night down at the bottom of the bed, darby is a little precocious and still needs a firm hand on the house training, but they are both just adorable and very funny and just a joy to have around
these two beautiful 2 yr olds were rescued from a back yard where the owners had abandoned them, they had, per the neighbor , been left in the back yard all of their short lives, we were told that the mom was a lhasa apso and the dad a big terrier mix, they are brother and sister it would be nice if they could go to a new home together but they are becoming more secure and independent every day that they are with me
when we first got them they were so scared we had to carry them everywhere and they hid under the breakfast table, its taken nearly 3 weeks for them to feel safe and secure and venture out into the yard on their own to play with the other rescues, they still like spending time under the table but have gained a lot more confidence and seem to be happy, but we still have to carry them to the vet as they do not like the leash, they are wonderful and loving dogs and love to be petted but will need someone with some tlc and some patience as they will probably be scared going to a new home
this sweet little boy id as close as they come to a cairn terrier, he is just a doll, but had severe heart worms when we rescued him ans has undergone two treatements now, he still has a cough and will need to be on meds , he also has a partially collapsed trachea, so we consider him special needs, but nothing slows this little boy down, his foster mom says he loves to play with toys and sleeps on the bed on the pillows at night, he deserves a loving home he is only 2 years old and weighs approx 10 lbs
i have no idea what type of terrier cleo is, but she has beautiful markings like an australian merle, but she has the biggest ears, my neighbor said she looks like a ’sheep”, she is very sweet., loves to run and play with the other rescues and has a wonderful personality, we are still seeing if she is fully house trained , but she is one pretty girl
this adorable little boy is nearly 6 months is just a doll.. he runs and plays with all the other rescues, loves to climb into a big dog bed and sleep with his buddies,loves attention and follows me wherever i go, he is very well behaved and loves to cuddle, he just completed a two week board and train program at rover oaks pet resort and has been neutered and he loves kids and just loves to sit up on the couch with them and watch tv and movies, he is my big baby!!!
this sweet little girl weighs approx 21lbs and we think is about 5 years old, she is just precious,very friendly and sweet, gets on with all of the other rescues, very quiet, not sure what type of mix she is, very soft fluffy hair and dark soft legs
tobi was an owner surrender to the rescue, he had been adopted 5 years ago and they returned him to the eprson they adopted him from and she could not keep him as her dog did not like the little guy, so we took him in , he per the owner is a “winniepoo” the mom was a full blooded dachshund and the dad a full blooded
white poodle, he is 6 years old and weighs approx 10.5 lbs, he is just precious, his coat has been trimmed down , he has a lovely long coat, he sits for treats, is house trained and just loves attention, he is considered special needs as he has a partially collapsed trachea and will need to be on meds for his cough, but it does not slow down this sweet little boy at all
